Shipping/Delivery & Returns

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.  Where items are out of stock (you will be advised of this once the order has been processed) we will deliver your order when it is complete.  In any event you will be updated if lead times are to be exceeded.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We endeavour send your back-order on to the original delivery address free of extra charges, however we may have to charge extra delivery cost depending on item/s.

Mainland UK
Delivery cost are based on the packing weight and dimension of the order with free shipping on all mainland UK orders of £350.00 (excl VAT) or more per order, this may be a tracked and signed for service, this does not constitute a next day service, please follow the tracking advice to make sure someone is available to sign for your order.

Europe & International shipping

Delivery is quoted to order. Carriers are calculating carriage on a volumetric (size to weight) scale, we therefore need to know the products, quantity and sizes you require before quoting. You can also email us your enquiry to our experienced professional Export Team for a quick full quotation.


If goods purchased are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily.

If you’re not happy with your purchase let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods and delivery, subject to the following condition:

•    The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.

If your goods are defective, simply return the item to us. If we find upon inspection that the goods are deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the goods and delivery. All goods will be returned at the cost of customers. Should you wish to discuss the potential fault or product specification then please call our friendly Sales Team for further advice & support.

All Covid-19 Protection products such as Face Mask, Hand Sanitizers and Disinfectants ones delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged for health and security reasons.
